Match preview: On September 29th two of the top teams in 5A with State Championship aspirations clash when the Horizon Huskies take on the Desert Mountain Wolves. Horizon features one of the best offensive lines in the state anchored by Senior Carter Lavrusky, who is committed to play at Kansas next season.  The O-line opens up holes for one of the best sophomore running backs in the state Bodie Zamorano, who led the Huskies in rushing last year as a Freshman.  Desert Mountain touts a Senior trio that’s as good as any in the state with FS / WR Dylan Tapley who is committed to Arizona State. DB Santana Wilson, the son of former NFL standout Safety Adrian Wilson, is committed to Texas, and TE Dillon Hipp who will be playing his college ball at Ole Miss.
