NEW ORLEANS – Taysom Hill had to wait until December to get his first start of the season and it didn’t go as planned. The 5th-year quarterback threw four interceptions, including a pick-six, in a 27-17 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

Hill did toss touchdown passes to Lil’Jordan Humphrey and Deonte Harris and run for 101 yards on 11 carries, but the errors in the passing game was too much to overcome.

The Saints are in a free fall, losers of their last five games. Currently, New Orleans 5-7 on the season, tied with the Carolina Panthers at the bottom of the NFC South. The Saints will look to reverse their current streak when they face the New York Jets on the road on December 12.
