The Edmond Santa Fe Wolves and the Westmoore Jaguars met at Moore Schools Stadium in an unusual Saturday matchup. The Wolves take the win 69-14.
Edmond Santa Fe got off to a strong start with a 9 play 65 yard drive. The drive ended with a 2 yard pass from Scott Pfieffer to Talyn Shettron in the corner of the end zone. On their next possession the Wolves scored on a one play 63 yard run by Ethan Hyche for a 14-0 lead. Then Westmoore came back with a 9 play drive of their own.
Jaguar quarterback Dayton Wolfe got the touchdown on an 8 yard run to cut the Santa Fe lead in half. On the ensuing kickoff, ESPN’s top rated wide receiver in the class of 2022, Talyn Shettron, returned the kickoff 94 yards and Edmond Santa Fe led 21-7. On the next Edmond Santa Fe possession Micah Snoddy scored on a 42 yard run to put the Wolves up 28-7.

In the second half Edmond Santa Fe would score three more times including a second touchdown for Talyn Shettron and scores by Tabry Shettron and Dustin Teupell. Late in the game Westmoore’s Zane Chavez rolled out and found Kedric Britton for a 66 yard touchdown to make the final Edmond Santa Fe 69, Westmoore 14.

Talyn Shettron had 7 receptions for 84 yards and two touchdowns as will is his 94 yard kickoff return. Ethan Hyche rushed for 132 yards and three touchdowns. Edmond Santa Fe defeats Westmoore 69-14.
