Automobile accidents happen frequently. In fact, most people who drive will experience at least one accident in their lifetime. What most people don’t know, is how to ensure you receive the compensation that you deserve after an accident takes place.

Mr. Paulson explains that right after an accident, if an attorney tries to tell you how much your case is worth- do NOT trust them! But how do you know if you are in fact entitled to compensation after an accident? John says that it’s really determined by how badly you are injured. He also emphasized to never sign a release for any dollar amount from the other person’s insurance agency, before speaking with a lawyer about your case.
When it comes to property damage, attorney Paulson describes it as the most unfair part of the process. The insurance company will only pay out the blue book value of the car. That’s another reason why it is of utmost importance that you seek damages for any injuries that you incur due to the accident.
