Ashley has been following along with our friends at Jenkins Restorations for over a year, as they restore a house after a devastating fire.
She is back at the property for the third time, and the house is complete and the family is back home!
The first time we saw the home, the fire damage was overwhelming- both visually and emotionally! Charred walls, barely recognizable personal belongings and furniture, soot, and the smell of smoke permeated every inch of the house.
The second time Living 757 visited, the smoke and soot were gone, everything had been sealed and deemed safe, and the house had incredible new bones! But nobody could have pictured the end product that we found upon our third visit.
Upon entry, the house is barely recognizable and looks like a completely different, brand spanking new home!!!
There were even some upgrades to the original floor plan: an en suite bathroom in the master, an additional bathroom upstairs, and even closets were added to each bedroom which didn’t have them before.
The team at Jenkins Restorations is amazing at working hand-in-hsnd with the homeowner for every step of the process. They become like family!
This family was back in their new and improved home just in time to celebrate the holidays.
