AppleFest 2021
Wachusett Mountain Apple Fest the most popular fall festival celebration including over 150 craft exhibitors, a farmers’ market, kids entertainment and peak fall foliage viewing from the SkyRide. Also enjoy live music, Apple Pie Baking and Eating Contests, along with additional family entertainment.
Flume Gorge at Franconia Notch State Park
The Flume is a natural gorge extending 800 feet at the base of Mount Liberty. The walls of Conway granite rise to a height of 70 to 90 feet and are 12 to 20 feet apart. The Flume Trail is a 2-mile loop starting at the check-in booths located in front of the Flume Building. The Short Trail/Rim Path is closed and the only option is to complete the full 2 mile loop. The entire loop takes approximately 1.5 hours and finishes at the Flume Building. The walk includes uphill walking and lots of stairs. The boardwalk allows you to look closely at the growth of flowers, ferns and mosses found here.

Buns Bakery makes traditional pastries and cakes that are handcrafted and delicious. The bakery bakes fresh to order and they ship nationwide. They also specialize in babka and challah breads.
Rhode Island Spirits Distillery & Tasting Room
Rhode Island Spirits is a small local craft distillery and the home of Rhodium brand premium gins, vodkas, and liqueurs. The company is the brainchild and full time occupation of Cathy Plourde & Kara Larson, who are the founders, owners, and distillers. Their tasting room offers tasting flights & cocktails.
