These competitions are tough! 200 of the top military chefs, across the joint force in the international military community, compete in this event sponsored by the American Culinary Federation. They concentrate greatly on nutrition, which is a key component in keeping our military strong and healthy. Nutrition also boosts morale. These competitions promote readiness and military excellence as the participants practice teamwork in timed exercises.
