Erica Cardenas is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and is the current host for “Your Health” and “Doing More” TV shows on the Cox YurView network. In addition to her hosting role, Erica has appeared in numerous national TV commercials and campaigns as a represented talent and actress, and is also the founder of ‘inspireHER’ (@inspirehernow) – an inspirational t-shirt line and movement that has reached thousands of girls and women reminding them of their value and worth.
Erica continues to partner with nonprofits and community organizations through inspireHER and regularly speaks to girls and young women sharing her personal story and message of perseverance and hope.
An alumna of Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, Erica has more than 15 years of experience in the communications field and owns and operates a marketing and public relations consulting business, Cardenas Marketing.
Erica adores spending quality time with her husband of 12 years, JR, and their three children – Nick, Ali and Noah. She believes that each of us has a story to tell, and it’s sometimes our greatest trials in life that become our greatest calling in helping others.
