From there Purdy and company go to work and stretch the lead to 19-7 at the end of 1. 2nd quarter, Puma strong, they continue to be in command pinning Hamilton at the 1yard line after a mishandled punt. Perry forces a safety 6 minutes left in the quarter, it’s Perry on top 28-7.
