JV Haney was a key figure in the growth of televised high school sports in Oklahoma. He passed away recently. His longtime broadcast partner Don King shares some of his favorite memories of their work together. JV was a hall of fame basketball coach. After retiring from coaching in 1986, he built a career broadcasting high school sports events in Oklahoma.
