The Muskogee Roughers, led by Coach Rafe Watkins, endured a lot of injuries this fall, leaving them at 0-5. Safety Ty Williams is the highest profile of those injured (hamstring), committed to Oklahoma State. He had offers from Arkansas, California, Colorado and Georgia Tech.

The Choctaw Yellowjackets, led by Coach Jake Corbin, are 3-3. Wide Receiver Chase Jackson, committed to TCU, was injured in the first game of the year and is out for the season. He also had offers from Eastern Michigan, Indiana, Minnesota and New Mexico.
Safety Jordan Mukes is committed to Oklahoma. He had offers from Arkansas, Eastern Michigan, Iowa State and Kansas.

In the Yellowjackets’ recent battle against Booker T. Washington, junior defensive lineman DeSean Brown played really well, blocking a punt for a touchdown in the Choctaw victory.

Choctaw lost 24-13 to 6A II’s number one ranked team, Bixby. Choctaw’s Terrill Davis had 9 catches for 209 yards.
