How to watch Booker T Washington vs Midwest City
Sophomore Quarterback Battle
The Hornets’ QB Lathan Boone has been a driving force for his team through the air this season. He has passed for a stellar 1,682 yards and 15 TDs so far. After falling to Bixby, Booker T. Washington went on to beat Lawton in the first round of the playoffs to advance to this week’s road game.
What a perfect pass! @2lathan2 with the heat seeking missile hitting @jalenteague11 in stride. Lathan Boone has been making big time throws for @BookerTFootball all year and he is only a sophomore! #okpreps pic.twitter.com/e0lVTJBTr0

The Bombers have their own young weapon at quarterback in DeAngelo Irvin Jr. His production through the air accounts for 1,471 yards and 11 TDs, but those numbers are only part of the picture for Irvin. He’s a true dual-threat, with 367 rushing yards and good hands in the bargain. Midwest City topped Muskogee last week to advance to this round.

RB Jaiden Carroll. A sophomore, Carroll is following in the footsteps of talented Hornets forbears like Dax Hill, Robert Meachem, and the Locketts. Head Coach Jonathan Brown says,”He just has a ferocious mindset that he will not be denied.”
