He was faced with a dilemma: leave the restaurant business and consume human flesh or continue to make delicious meals. Thankfully for mankind, he chose the latter and we have been blessed with a world with one less flesh eating zombie and this recipe for a Roasted Pumpkin Grilled Cheese Sandwich to make for your warm-blooded family this Halloween.
What You’ll Need
- Vermont Cheddar Bread
- Roasted Pumpkin
- Sliced Country Ham
- Baby Kale
- Gruyere Cheese
- Fontina Cheese
- Sage Butter
How to Do it
- Assemble the sandwich
- Light the oven* (If you are in fact a zombie, be extra careful during this step)
- Griddle with butter over medium heat until bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted
- Enjoy!
