It’s been a busy offseason, to say the least, for University of Rhode Island head men’s basketball Coach David Cox and Athletic Director Thorr Bjorn.
Right now, Bjorn, Cox and the entire URI community are just focusing on health, wellness, and finishing the academic semester, but they graciously took time to check in for a live chat with Chris DiSano and give fans an update on URI basketball.
The two went in depth on a number of questions Rhody fans have had during the offseason. The NCAA transfer rule, Fatts Russell exploring the NBA Draft process, what they expect from incoming players (including DJ Johnson and Jeremy Shepard) the status of a dedicated practice facility and much more.
