New University of Rhode Island men's basketball coach Archie Miller was introduced by the school in a press conference on Monday. Soon afterward he sat down with Stone Freeman for this wide ranging one-on-one conversation.

Rhode Island’s historic season concluded at the hand of a very physical and talented Quinnipiac squad, 61-50, in the opening round of the Women’s NIT Friday night from the Ryan Center.
With Dayton receiving an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament, Rhode Island (22-6) will make a WNIT appearance by way of automatic berth as the second-highest seed in the Atlantic 10.
