Michael Berlucchi is a member of the Virginia Beach City Council in Virginia, representing the Rose Hall district. He was appointed and assumed office on May 7, 2019, Berlucchi began working as a community engagement manager at the Chrysler Museum of Art in April 2011. He obtained a B.A. in government and international politics from George Mason University.
