Event Information & History
Oklahoma Jr. High All-State Wrestling started 46 years ago under former high school wrestling coach Lelan Clark. Clark is a National Wrestling Hall of Fame Honoree and recipient of the Lifetime Service to Wrestling award from the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Clark and his family have been running the tournament since its inception.
The event will take place at the Jim Norick Arena located at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Announcers for Saturday’s event are Steve Marshall and Mike Clark. Clark is the current Athletic Director at Yukon High School and a former high school wrestling coach. He is also the son of tournament founder Lelan Clark.
