What is The Daze of Summer event?The Daze of Summer Fashion Show is a Fashion Show dedicated to Business, Culture, and Fashion. This Event features a 12,000 sq ft Venue. hosting 2 events combined into one. On one side, a 6,000 sq ft. Business Expo featuring 30 different Businesses; and on the other, an exclusive Fashion Show from Top Designers and Models from all over the United StatesThere will be Networking, Cocktails, Live Music, Plated Hors D’oeuvres, and a display of Fashion from Designers, Models, and Businesses from all over the U.S.!
What prompted you to create the Daze of Summer?
Being two Naval Academy Graduates and Business Owners, We saw the Creative Talent in the area, and felt like it wasn’t being placed on a large enough platform. So we teamed up to create something that would highlight both businesses, and creative talent at the same time.Â
How long has Daze of Summer been running?
We are in our second year.

Whom do you hope to reach with this event, and what message do you wish to send to them?
The Young Professionals like me who say there’s nothing to do in the area that’s fun, and the people who say Hampton Roads is boring for Singles and Millenials. Those days are over. Sunday we bring those big city Metropolitan vibes you’ve been waiting on to you!
Are you planning to implement COVID safety practices during the event?
We have a specific budget for COVID protocols. Upon entry, we will check your temperature, you will be required to have a mask on for entry, and we will be closely monitoring all CDC guidelines for the entirety of the event.
