The big play was made by Gabe Trevillison with a 38 yard touchdown run that put Norman North up 14-6 with six minutes left in the first half. After a bad snap caused a short Moore punt, Norman North was set up inside the Moore 29 yard line. Less than a minute later Trevillison had another scoring run, this time for 29 yards to extend the lead to 21-6. Not to be denied, Moore battled back with a 5 play 60 yard drive.
In the third quarter, Timberwolf quarterback Jackson Remualdo zipped a nice pass to Luke Switzer for 40 yards inside the 5 yard line. Gabe Trevillison ran it in from the 2, and the Timberwolves were up 28 to 13.
Again Moore battled back.
Rejond Hayes turned the corner and took the ball 37 yards to score. Then a penalty on the extra point attempt gave Moore the opportunity to go for 2. Keandre Pittman battled into the endzone and the Lions were within a touchdown at 28-21.
