The defending 2A champion Metro Christian Academy Patriots met the class 3A Holland Hall Dutch at Hardesty Field in Tulsa.
Metro defeated Holland Hall last year on their way to a 15-0 season, but this game would belong to the Dutch.
The Holland Hall defense led by Army commit Owen Ostroski, helped the Dutch control the game. Holland Hall had four interceptions.
They got the scoring started just a minute and a half in to the game when Holland Hall quarterback and University of Oklahoma Baseball Commit Wallace Clark found Marc Gouldsby. Gouldsby broke a tackle and bolted 75 yards to put the Dutch on top 7-0. Then late in the first it was the Clark to Gouldsby connection again, this time for 30 yards, and the Dutch lead grew to 14-0.
Holland Hall quarterback Wallace Clark accounted for five touchdowns and Marc Gouldsby had six catches for 187 yards and two TDs. https://t.co/pKHozWxpk8

In the second quarter Holland Hall got a 1 yard keeper from quarterback Wallace Clark and a 13 yard pass from Clark to Brenden Terry to build a 28-0 lead for the Dutch. Metro quarterback Colton Cook was injured in the first half and did not return to the game.

Sophomore quarterback Kirk Francis replaced Cook and early in the fourth quarter he hooked up with fellow sophomore Breck Nauman on a 14 yard touchdown pass to get the Patriots on the board. It was 28 to 7. Holland Hall got a 3 yard keeper from Wallace Clark and a 2 yard touchdown run from Cameron Robinson to make the final score
The Holland Hall Dutch re-take the top spot in their rivalry against Metro Christian 42-7.
