The most important thing is to not necessarily look at nutritional facts, but more importantly, read the product ingredient list.
By looking at the order of the list, it tells you how much of that ingredient is in the food. If there are more than 10-20 items listed, you’ll know the food is probably highly processed
You’ll want to avoid foods with too many names you can’t pronounce or items under a different name that are forms of sugar including high fructose corn syrup and dextrose.
