Devonta Jason is a senior wide receiver at Landry-Walker high school in Louisiana. He and his team won last season’s state championship and are hoping for a repeat this season.
Devonta is the 22nd ranked wideout in his class according to 247Sports.com. He had 30 Division 1 offers and is committed to Kansas, but most experts seem to think that he may not end up in Lawerence, with Mississippi State and LSU frequently mentioned as potential homes.
For his part, Jason made it clear that he’s still considering his options with a recent tweet.
